Rakesh Kumar is an alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering and has a proven track record of building lowest area RFIC. Rakesh led the WLAN RF for 2 generations in Texas Instruments. He was the Receiver lead for Snapdragon 65x RFIC of Qualcomm. He has wide experience in developing complete solution including Firmware & Systems. He has co-authored 2 IEEE papers and holds 8 issued US patents.

Rakesh has 18+ years of experience in Embedded, Hardware, RF and analog. He is founding director of Steradian Semiconductors Pvt Ltd.

Hormazd has been a Corporate and Investment Banking professional with 16 years of experience. Hands on experience in various corporate finance areas including raising private equity, special situations funding, M&As, valuations, restructuring of companies, term lending etc. He is founder of www.mergerdomo.com

Praveen Sinha is currently the Managing Director of PinCap, an alternative lending platform focused on bridging the debt financing gap for MSMEs. Praveen has a keen interest in supporting new business initiatives and has successfully backed multiple young aspirants to pursue entrepreneurial journey as an active angel investor and mentor. He also acts as advisor to VCs and investors on funding ventures, return optimization and India entry strategies. He is currently also the external member of committee of Startups (CoS) which is part of PSU fund to invest in startups. Some of the investments include Zimmber (acquired by Quikr), Tapzo (Acquired by Amazon), Neostencil and few more.

He is a serial entrepreneur with experience of leading multiple businesses through the curve from inception to stability including Aquabrim (water management), Jabong (one of India’s leading E- commerce fashion portal) and Anasha Art (an online art gallery). He is one of the trend setters in e-commerce where his forte has been in creating organizations from scratch and enabling them to achieve significant revenues in less than five years.

Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he has worked at McKinsey & Company, Microsoft and Maruti Suzuki across China, SE Asia, Africa and India. His work in recent times has made him emerge as a focused business leader. In his time with Maruti, Microsoft, McKinsey and at Jabong he has effected radical transformations in the areas he was involved with. He has worked in multiple transformation projects across sectors viz. mines, steel, automotive and has done energy efficiency projects across Asia (China, Hong Kong, S E Asia and India). He is considered as a turnaround specialist and expert in startups.

Praveen is passionate about entrepreneurship and shares his work experiences and learning at various institutes like IIMs, DTU, DU, XLRI, Great lakes, Jamia Hamdard etc. Praveen is alumnus of IIM Calcutta & one of the youngest ever recipient of the ‘Distinguished Alumni’ award by IIM Calcutta for his significant contribution to academics & entrepreneurship. He is a recipient of distinguished alumni and trailblazer award from DTU. He was also Selected in the ‘40 under 40’ compilation (2014) by Fortune India that lists individuals who have managed to grow an idea into a profitable business.

Prashant has 18+ years of experience with product and solution engineering in the enterprise domain. Currently leads partner engineering for YouTube with a focus on Telecom and Mobile based out of YouTube HQ in California. Joined Google in 2011 after OSI, Agilent and Hughes. Computer Engineering graduate from Delhi University.

Founder of Alt Commerce Pvt Ltd, a consulting and development company in Digital Commerce domain. Prior to starting Alt Commerce, Vikas has worked in IT services companies like HCL, CSC and Vodafone. Vikas is a Computer Science Engineering Graduate and also did PG from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Rahul is an Entrepreneur at heart and has worked in various start-up assignments including in large companies. Discovering and implementing application of technology in new ways comes naturally to him.

He is Managing Director of GAPL a manufacturer-exporter of high performance cables and wires (QPL Listed – US Military Qualified) which are used in Aerospace and Defence. GAPL’s cables power and control lot of Indian & Global Aircrafts, weapon systems, and rockets. He is Non-Executive Director in Jigserv Digital and Navyug Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. He was on advisory board of LoyltyRewardz a consumer loyalty company which was sold to BillDesk for more than 200 Crores. He is on the governing board of IIIT Allahabad.

Prior to this Rahul worked at TCS where he founded the HR Outsourcing practice with platform based services as the cornerstone of the strategy for HRO.

On personal front children’s education is closest thing to his heart. He is managing trustee and Secretary of BhaoraoDeorasSevaNyas, which works in education and medical area and assists more than two lakhs patients and their attendants every year. He is joint Secretary of VardanSewaSansthan which runs a 150 bed multi-specialty hospital, an eye hospital and Retina center. He is treasurer of Jyoti SewaNyas which runs hostel for meritorious rural students from class 7th till class 12th for free in Ghaziabad.

He is an avid reader with interest in business & technology history, biography, political history, and organization of civilization and societies. He believes the dictum “Don’t tell me how educated you are, tell me how much you have traveled” and has traveled to 39 countries and 26 states of India. Rahul is a B. Tech (IIT K) and an MBA (ISB) and lives in Delhi with his wife Richa, son Tejas and daughter Chaarvi.
